Overview

The single head CRT Cutter is our patent product. The cutter can accurately seperate the funel and panel glass.Operation is simple ,malfunction is low, and the production(output) is 60-80 sets/hour depending on the CRT size. One operator can operate two CRT cutters.

Patent special features of Single Head CRT Cutter

The CRT cutter is a mechanical cutting principle, automatic identification of CRT tubes of varying sizes.The main feature is the cutting speed, stable performance, automatic cutting process high degree of safety and reliability.

1.For changing the CRT size and type, it is only needed to adjust the heating Voltage and time.

2 The operator will press height adjust button to slightly move up/down the CRT according to the laser pointer reference line ,which if only once for changing CRT size.

3 The patent band type resistive heater mechanism is fully automated to fit the CRT sizes (from 14 to 29 inches) and the types (Normal and wide) of the CRT. The heat band cutter is fully automated to adjust (compensate ) the band heat expansion. The heat band improves the heat transfer on the CRT Tube compared with the wire (thread) heat.

4 Once the one of the four heat bands is broken, it is no necessary to replace all the bands only cut the broken band and pull out new band from the reserved wheel, this operation is simple and quick.

5.The only wearing part is the bearings. The high accuracy on the cut which separates the CRT into funnel & frit and panel glass give more recycle glass from each CRT. The production is 60-80 pcs/h which depend on the CRT size. The 1 KG heat band can produce 15000-20000 CRT units. The maximum power consumption is 7.5 KW .

Auto Degumming Machine

The patent Auto deresining Machine has conveyer, First Passage, 90° rotary area and Second Passage. Once the CRT moves into the first passage area of our patent Auto deresining Machine, the special design brushes and Rollers move out, the high speed brushes remove the resin. When the CRT moves into the rotary area, the special design device turns the CRT90°. The CRT continuously moves into the second passage area, the brushes clean the other sides, then the CRT move out the machine. The production is 240 sets/h without operator. The wearing part is only the brushes and bearing.
