Wenzhou Trust Testing & Inspection Co., Ltd (TTC) is a corporation established in 2006,but its laboratories has over 20 years of operating history. We are accredited by CNAS to ISO17020, and the lab we use for product testing is accredited by CNAS to ISO17025 . The current laboratories and office area covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and advanced testing equipments total values approximate to USD12,000,000 and professional team of 226 of technicians and engineers, in which there are 15 inspectors(all of them are above university degree and have over two years working experience),the technicians take a proportion of 88.8%,senior engineer 11.4% and engineer 46.1%,which enable us to provide professional and reliable services to the clients.

Our Services

Quality Control

Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) : verifies that the finished shipping lots conform to the client’s specification, order, L/C, reference samples, etc.( at least 80% of the products are packed, marked )

During Production Inspection (DPI): offers improving measures for the production in the following phase, forecast production effectiveness and estimated production finishing time.( at least 80% of the products have been finished )

Initial Production Inspection(IPI): permits timely corrections and improvements before the mass production is initiated;any non-conformity is immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment. (a t the beginning of production)

Container Loading Supervision (CLS): supervises the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading conforming to the clients’ requirement, and take on-site photos for the clients’ reference.

Supplier Evaluation

Factory Audit (FA) : Audit of manufacturing capability, manufacturing schedule control, safety policy, quality control capability, the environmental management capability to evaluate the influences posed on environment from the products and production process, and submit the suggestions for improvement for the factory and issue the audit report.

Simple Factory Audit (SFA) : confirms your possible business partner’s profile is an onsite visit by an experienced auditor by checking factory profiles, employees and workforce, facilities , documents verification as well as clients and experience and so on..
