Molding inspection steps.

1. Check the drawing(UG,PROEE),Anylise the drawing is reasonable or not.

2. According to your order, discuss with supplier make a schedule for all the tooling process. Keep the mold can be fit the schedule.

3. Visit the supplier and take tooling picture report the progress.

4. Check the T0 test, take picture and video. Measure the mold size, steel hardness,cooling system ,ejection system; Measure product size, weight, appearance.

Write down the collection machine data(injection machine tons, pressure,heating temperature, one shoot time)

5. Check the T1 T2 T3 test
