Packing&shipping

1.Exporting standard, the animal feed pellet machine is packed in wooden case or for your demand, the pelletizer machine for animal feeds is suitable for long distance sea transportation.

2.Unit machine adopts wooden cases package,LCL shipping.

5 tons automatic feed pellet production line need 2 40’GP container to load. 10 tons automatic feed pellet production line need 4 40’GP container to load. 2 tons manual feed pellet production line need 1 40’GP container to load. All the machines will be put into container without package. Surely we would reinforce machines, to confirm it will be suitable for long distance sea transportation.

Equipment warranty
Equipment warranty period:
1. Mechanical parts' warranty is one year , except wearing parts. Wearing parts include: hammer pieces of hammer crusher, the bottom sieve of hammer crusher. Ring die and roller of the ring die pellet machine . Hopper and belts of the bucket elevator.The scraper and chain of the scraper conveyor.The reseau screen and vibration ball of the rotary screener.The dust bag of dust bag precipitator. The mesh of liquid adding machine.
2. During one month, the production line happen failure. After one time maintenance, if it is still wrong, the seller shall unconditional replacement.
3. Three years' warranty for main components, including: automatic batching control system, the quantitative packaging scale system. If there are equipment malfunction, we guarantee we will offer timely guidance guidance until the normal production after receiving user's telephone. Within one year, all the motor and reducer of each equipment can be returened, replaced and repaired.
4. After the expiry of the quality assurance, we will offer maintain services for 3 years. During the warranty period, we offer free maintenance guidance. After 3 years, we offer lifelong maintenance of the equipment. The user should be responsible for a normal maintenance costs.
5. Our company provide users with information about equipment technology and commodity information for lifelong .
6. When the user proceed equipment update, renovation, purchase. We can provide technical support for free.
7. Free of charge training. The training contract will be confirmed by the user.

Equipment Maintenance
1.After training your production staffs, we can develop a complete set of equipment maintenance plan according to the technical characteristics of the equipment. We will make a clear rules for each key points of maintenance time, maintenance, maintenance person, supervisor. Our after-sales staff will contact your equipment maintenance personnel in different time to confirm the condition of inspection and maintenance process. In this way, we can ensure that all equipment are carried out according to the maintenance plan. Equipment maintenance principle is, attention to maintenance, light repair, realize the planned downtime . Keep the equipment in good working condition.
2.Every six months we will guide your company production supervisor and maintenance personnel to conduct a comprehensive testing for indicators of various equipment in accordance with the standards of feed machinery. According to the testing results, we provide equipment maintenance, maintenance plan in time. In this way, we can identify and solve the hidden trouble in time.
