Tapered Roller Bearing Description

Taperedroller ring included cup and cone there two parts.Cup is outer ring, Cone comprise rollers,cage,inner ring.And the inner ring with the rollers and cage can be fitted separately from the outer ring.The tapered roller bearings are generally used to support comnined load mainly consisting of radial load. The carrying capacity of axial load depends on the contact angle of raceway of outer rings. The bigger the contact angle is, the strongerr the capacity will be.

Single row tapered roller bearing is the most basic and widely used tapered bearing. It consists of the cone assembly and the cup. It is usually fitted as one of an opposing pair. Double row tapered roller bearings can bear heavy load with great rigidity. They are suitable for bearing combined load (radial and axial) with certain axial clearance or preload.

Four-row tapered roller bearings and bearing performance of this double row tapered roller bearing is basically the same, but more than double row tapered roller bearings under radial load more, lower speed limits, mainly for heavy machinery, such as rolling machines.
