No.2 PVAc Emulsion Adhesive

is a non-toxic environmental friendly water-based adhesive with VAE as its main
component. This adhesive has excellent properties, such as water resistance, acid-base resistance and high bonding strength.
Its transparent dry film shows well toughness and durability .It does not pollute the adherent. This adhesive is non-toxic and
environment friendly. It can meet the requirement of RoHS standard.
It is widely used to bond wood, paper and fabrics, such as wood to wood, paper to paper, or wood to paper in decoration of
walls, floors, architecture and acts or in installation of floor, wooden articles and pencil making. It is also used to bond
books without thread and porous materials such as fabrics.

1. Clean the oil or dust from the surfaces of the adherent, then burnish the surfaces and let it dry.
2. Mix and agitate the adhesives thoroughly before using; apply the adhesives on one or two surfaces of adherent, which
contains less than 12% water. Compress the adherent with suitable pressure for 1.5hours.Age the bond for certain period
of time after removing the pressure.
3. If this adhesive is used for laminating large size boards. 200~280g adhesives per square meter are suggested. Applying
adhesives to both surfaces of the adherent can get better results. After applying adhesive, the boards should be bonded
with pressure within 15~20 minutes. Then keep the boards at a pressure of 8~10kg/m 2
for 4~8 hours. Age the bond for
more than 24 hours after removing the pressure.
4. The ambient applying temperature should be above 10 .The bonded products should be aged at above 10 before
fully cured.

1.Please cover the bucket tightly after using to prevent surface evaporation, which causes the skinning of adhesives.
2.The shelf life is one year under normal conditions. It still can be used if the adhesive solution is not deteriorated.
3.Storage and transportation temperature is 5-40 .If the emulsion got frozen slightly ,the adhesive should be fully thawed
in a warm house of 30-40 and mixed thoroughly. It will not affect the application.
4.It can't be thaw ed after being frozen for a long time. Coagulation and demulsification will occur .In this case the adhesive
can't be used any more.

2. If the adhesives accidentally contact with your skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and go to see the doctor
immediately.
