DKJ-B series quarter-turn explosive-proof electric actuator is the terminal control device of industrial process measurement and control system. It can transform the system control signal to angular displacement of the output part so as to control the position of closure software in the valve or other regulating mechanism, thus the controlled medium can work as indicated by the system.

DKJ-B series quarter-turn explosive-proof electric actuator is designed according to national standard GB3836.1-2000 and GB3836.2-2000 “explosive gas environment used electric equipment” and is inspected qualified by national standard explosive-proof institution. The explosive-proof type of this product is flame proof; explosive-proof grade is dIIBT3. It can work in II type places containing gas whose propagation degree of explosion is lower than grade B, T3 group gas.

DKJ-B series quarter-turn explosive-proof electric actuator can be divided into proportional type and integral type according to control mode. Proportional actuator compares the system control signal and the feedback signal of output part location to change the travel time of output part thus to make it in proportion to input signal. Ordinary Proportional actuator is made up of GAMX site locator and integral type electric actuator. The structure of electronic type actuator is integral proportional. Proportional electric actuator is made up of motor, reducer and location transmitter. It can form proportional electric actuator with GAMX site locator and cooperate with motor operated device to distantly control valve and other regulating mechanism.

The installation mode of DKJ-B series quarter-turn explosive-proof electric actuator can be divided into ordinary type (foot mounting, the output arm is connected to valve or other regulating mechanism through connecting rod) and direct connection type (flange installed, the output shaft and spindle of regulating mechanism are docked directly.)

Connected with DFD-1300 type motor operated device, DKJ-B series proportional quarter-turn explosive-proof electric actuator can realize “manual-automatic switchover without interference, distant operation automatically and manually”.
