SZL series shop-assembled water-tube coal boiler is a type of double-drum horizontal chain grate steam boiler for pharmaceutical industry . The main components of this boiler are assembled into two large parts in factory, ie. the upper part(the boiler proper) and the lower part(the chain grate). After combination of the two main parts, the next we have to do is the masonry of the furnace wall in the lower part, the installation of the gas tubes, the piping, gauges, valves, spiral slagging device; then after the connection of water and electricity, the boiler can be put into operation.

Coal/biomass with a calorific value≥1800KcaI/Kg, Vr≥10% can burn steadily and reach the rated capacity.Automatically continuous water feeding can be made according to the boiler load capacity. High thermal efficiency, low exhaust gas temperature, and having the ability of overload.
