MFGA LED Table lamp QUALITY ASSURANCE IN EACH PHASE:

1.100% strict inspection for all incoming materials by IQC(Incoming Quality Control) Dept. If the deficient rate is over the standard 2%, the defective materials will be returned to our suppliers for reworking; if less than 2%, the detective parts will be changed by new qualified materials.

2. Before mass production, all the appearance and functions of the PCB boards must be 100% checked by our QC Dept.

3. Semi-finished goods will be 100% inspected by our QC Dept., any defective part will be repaired and returned to production line.

4. IPQC (Input process quality control) patrol inspecting during the production process.

5, Finished items must be 100% checked by the QC Dept. Then start 30 minutes aging test.

6. After the aging test, QC department will 100% check the goods before packing.

7. After packing, QA Dept. will start sampling inspection, and then inform customers to arrange the inspection date of the goods.

Started in 1998, the factory began to research and develops electronics and LED lighting products after 4 years industrial design development. The dramatic growing speed and increasing customers enable us to establish a new LED home lighting products factory in 2006 with an area of 3000 square meters and 300 employees. Then the LED table lamp product ability has been added up to 200,000 pcs per month. Our R&D team is professional for customer’s ODM models service.6-8 models were developed every year. The lead time for prototype sample is around 15-20 days, mould opening is 40 days and mass production time is 30 days after sample confirmation. Generally our lead time for sample is 1-3 days and big order is 10-30 days.
