5)Our products with PVDF coating which produced under GB/T17748-1999 is with 70% PVDF.and under common environment,we can guarantee 15~20 years;and for FR products,it is good at fireproof,and the FR grade is B1(according to the standard Q B8624).

Nude: 3mm panel-6000M2, 4mm panel-4800M2

Wooden pallet: 3mm panel-4760M2, 4mm panel-3500M2

4.Material of fireproof alucobonde panel:

1) Top: aluminum alloy(A1100 A1010 A3003 A5005) with PE or PVDF roasting paint.

2) Core:non-toxic low density polyethylene or fireproof material(A2 or B1). 3) Back:aluminium alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting or just mill finish(popular in Iraq).
