Principle of Operation

The tablets(micropills,small pills or plain tablets etc)make continuous complicated orbital motion with a closed rotating drum under the action of a deflector plate,Controlled by PLC. and according to the setting technological parameters.
they will automatically spray by spraying gun on the surface of pill.at the same time,hot air is led from one side of air distributing pipe at the center of the drum under a negative pressure cleaning hot air distributing pipr go through tablet layer to collect air for discharging from other side.so that the film coating mediun sprayed on the surface of tablets will dry rapidly and evenly,thereby the surface of tablets form a layer of solid,compact neat and smooth film.
