Application

This machine is widely used for coating medical pill in traditional Chinese&Western Medicine,also used for candy and chocolate in food industry.All the equipments are in conformity with GMP medical standard.
Principle of Operation
The slice-chip moved continuously along complex tracks in the screen cylinder,which is tightly sealed and clean.According to the parameters and requirements of process flow,the machine automatically spray the coating medium evenly onto the surface of spraying gun,the process is controlled by MCU(the syrup medium apply drip process).At the same time ,the cylinder hot cleaning air cabinet,and be exhausted by the suction device through the screen mesh on the bottom of the cylinder.so the slice-chip film dry quickly and evenly and form a firm and smooth surface coat.

.Frequency Peristalic Pump:Adopt data programming frequency regulating speed technology.Communicating with MCU to control automatically the spraying volume,so the medium is conveyed in fixed amount;also can adjust the degree of squashing distortion of soft pipe,and improve the life of silica gel pipe.
.Tightly sealed structure:Adopt dual-layer elastic silicone rubber,and high tightness.
.Spraying gun:No blockage.no leakage ,easy to clean and atomization result.

.Model ZGB-d high-efficiency coating machine has enhanced the following function on the foundation of model ZGB-C.New design of main body :the two sides of main body adopt duellayer hinge gate construction to featuruction,to features of soundproof,heal insulation and easy operation ,also increased the width of two sides of the case.So simplify the mounting of color steel plate.
.Adopt micro-pressure transducer ,automatically control the open and close of butterfly valve,the air quantity and pressure ,to achieve best coating result.
.Automatically record ,save and print the process data.
.Automatically air handling system : it can spray automatically to purify air needed of system ,the traffic diversion and adjusting ,carry out “power off, electricity off” , to ensure the spray system to work regularly.

• Full-auto control system.the two screens of main frame and control cabinet apply connection,controlled arbitrarily in two sites,so it can monitor full coating process in different site, the process data can be recorded on magnetic tape and printout;also can connect with outer network.
•Full-auto cleaning system:full automatic cleaning process under the control of program MCU, also equipped with hand-operation cleaning gun,so it is easy and completely to finish cleaning.
