I. Applications and Parameters

1.Application: Mainly used in the mining, metallurgical, cement, chemicals, construction, building materials, electric power, telecommunications, textiles, and transportation departments.

2.Parameters of Hydraulic Fluid Coupling

Transmission Form : Single cavity, with longer delay chamber, outer wheel drive, loaded on input side with connecting shaft on output side, , with elastic coupling.

Characteristic: loaded by the connecting disc on input side, starting overload coefficient TgQ=1.4, the longest starting time t=35’’.

Application: in particular suitable to the hard- gear reducer with small high speed shaft, which the weight of fluid couplings can be loaded the motor, to prevent the high speed shaft of reducer from broken. Also suitable to other application which loading on input side is needed.
