Properties and Features

1. NO APEO and Formaldehyde.2. Very excellent soft and hand feeling.3. Excellent rubbing and washing fastness. 4. Clear outline and bright color after printing.

3. Good effect of self-crosslinking and film forming.

Applications

It is used in each flat net, mould pigment printing and non-woven fabrics bonding.

Usage

1. Technical formula:

Coating X%

Thickener 1-2%

Binder 6-20%

Other water

2. Technical process:

Making mill base---mould or flat net printing---baking and drying (115-150C, 2-4min)

Package & storage

1. Package: 125KG/plastic drum. 2. Storage: at least 12 months under the conditions of being room and ordinary temperature.
