1.Does the steam mop have damage to the wood floor?

No, steam mop water vapor emitted are below 100 degrees, generally at 90 degrees, it emitted only water vapor, not a sustained high temperatures, so there is no damage to the floor. On the contrary, with traditional mop mopping the floor, the floor dry slowly, after using for a long time , wood floors will be expanded.

2.Does the steam mop can sterilize?

Yes,the steam mop depends on the high temperature steam to clean the floor,decontamination, disinfection and sterilization.the floor the residual water is very small, will soon evaporate.

3.Do I need to use a detergent with the steam mop?

No,one of the many benefits of the steam mop is that you do not to add any chemicals in the water and mop.it is absolutely eco-friendly.

4.Why sometimes steam will become smaller or no steam? Is it a matter of quality?

No ,it is not a matter of quality.when there exists reduced steam or no steam,steam nozzle may be blocked or may be the steam control knob is in min.we should check the steam nozzle regularly and clean it

5.How often do I change my mop pad?

You ‘d better wash the microfiber pad after cleaning house every time,make sure the function of the steam mop is more effective.And our microfiber pads are washable.

6.How long does the warranty? How is the warranty?

The warranty is 1 year.If the product has any problems ,customer can contact us directly. We will have the products in question on the recovery of warranty.

7.Can I buy the accessory of the products?
