Lower ownership cost

Thanks to the hydraulic direct drive structure and hydraulic balance system, by eliminating moving parts like balance cable & pulley, lifting chain and roller or spindle & nut all moving parts remain in the lift will be self maintain cylinders and power pack. This can save user tremendous amount of cost which after years of use may far exceed the cost of the lift itself.
Due to the ultimate safety protection of MHS², mechanical safety and unlocking device is no longer needed.
Cable and chain are removed. MHS² also doesn't request slack detection device. All those adding together make it possible for a simple electrical control circuit which request 70% less parts, connectors and wires. Which means less possibility for malfunction and repair. With a simple structure and electrical design, installation time can be reduced to 1/3 of what a traditional lift would need.

Comfort to use

Mechanical lock used on traditional hydraulic lift request rise before unlocking. This created confusion for many users who had mechanical lift before. Also under a limited roof height, this will cause lost of working height many people need. MHS2bring hydraulic safety lock in to lifting equipment, so lift can be lowered with full protection at any position without need of revising. When electrical power supply failure happened, a traditional hydraulic lift will need extra equipment like hand pump or jack to be able to unlock and lower down. Mechanical lift will need even more works to retrieve raised car. With MHS2 unique emergency lowering device, your will be able to manage lower down the lift without any extra works.

CCC

CCC column formed two closed areas at back of the post which gives it 1/3 more strength against torsion force when compare with regular designed columns. Specially when vehicle loaded unevenly, CCC columns give you extra protection.

Carriage

Longer distance between sliders can greatly lower pressure which affects slider and post. Together with UHMW material, minimized maintenance needed for the lift.

Arm & Pad

By changing pad material from regular rubber to space age ADU plastic, life time has been increased by as much as 5 times when lifting certain vehicles with sharp edges under lifting point With standard screw up pad, TPL can service most of vehicles. Optional low profile adopter can meet specific need of sports car or cars with aero dynamic kit. For body chassis frame construction vehicle like SUV or pickup truck, optional truck adopter can have lift to easily reach designed lifting point without damage vehicle body.

Uni-symmetrical

Uni-symmetrical design with 4 X 3 stage arm can very well service both cars and trucks.
