The refining process is the procedure that makes the crude oil from extraction plant turning into high-quality cooking oil after de-gumming, neutralization, vacuum drying, bleaching, deodorizing and other processes. The plant adopts full-continuous processing.the refining plant we supplied has some advantages as follows:

1. Full -continuous processing in vacuum condition assures the oil does not contact air in whole process at all;

2. By computer control system technical parameter such as temperature, liquid level, pressure and flow can be adjusted automatically.According to the measure results the added quantity of bleaching earth and the all operation of filter could be complted automatically as well;

3. By using multi-layers deodorizer the unpleasant odor can be removed from oil thoroughly;

4. With efficient heat exchangers, energy could be recovered fully. The steam consumption will be reduced obviously.
