Anaerobic Adhesive/Anaerobic Sealant/Thread locker:

271 Thread locker

High strength thread locker for heavy-duty applications 10mm to 25mm and the threaad below M36 and for permanently locking studs and press fits. Replaces set screws and snap rings.

Used on cylinder block, rocker arm studs, ring gear bolts, frame bolts, shock absorber bolts.

222 Thread locker

Low Strength, Thixotropic viscosity, against rust, easy disassembly

Used in the most metal surfaces. Applied for the locking & sealing of M2- M12 thread and the fastener diameter of 1/4 “ (6mm) or smaller

242 Thread locker

Medium strength, thixotropic, lubricating, easy disassembly.

Ideal for all nut and bolt application M6-M20 thread.

Used on valve cover bolts, water pump and oil pan bolts, drive shaft bolts, rocker arm adjustment nuts, carburetor studs and axle cover screws, etc..

243 Thread locker

Anti machines oil, medium strength, fast curing, easy to disassemble and easy to dissolve in oil.

Used on t he inert surface, the slight oil material operation and the thread below M20 blocking sealing.

262 Thread locker

Excellent chemical resistence, thixotropic, against rust and anti-corrosive.

Permanent studlock, high strength, applied to fasteners 10mm to 25mm in size before assembly, and the thread below M20.

Used on assembly with air tools, cylinder block bolts, ring gear bolts, thansmission shaft bolts, and more.

272 Thread locker

Temperature resistence to 446¨H(230¡æ), and high strength for heavy duty applications.

Used on the cylinder head double thread, and bolt of the diameter below M36. Camshaft sprocker bolts, crankshaft bolts, idler bearing, press fit filler tubes, ring gear, shock bolts and more.

277 Thread locker

High strength, high viscosity, chemical resistance, against rust and anti-corrosive.

For permanent locking and sealing of thread below M36.

290 Thread locker

High strength, low viscosity with permeability and fast curing.

Used on the assembled M2 to M12 thread locking and sealing, the casting pinhole and the preven-tive main-tenance procedures. Bolts on the alternators, air conditioning belts and distributor clamps, carburetor adjustment screws etc.
