ENC3140is a broadcast-quality 4 channels H.264 SD encoder and HD/SD transcoder fully complying with DVB standard, with high reliability and advanced compress arithmetic.It utilizes leading-edge compression technology MPEG-4 AVC and a variety of audio coding algorithms.
