Lightweight Concrete Panel Machine HQJ150*600

HQJ lightweight concrete panel machine is a kind of wall board forming machine. The panels produced by HQJ machines can be used as internal walls, external walls with the materials of cement, flyash and slag.

Working Principle:

There are 7 pieces of spiral reamers inside the machine, between panel plate, vibrating plate and scrape plate. Each of the three plates rotate in opposite directions. The uncompact materials are squeezed ioto the bottom of the vibration plate and scrape plate.

After being extruded by the equipments, the mixing materials extrude each other to air-out.

Meanwhile, the slurry will be vibrated out as a result of the continuous vibration of the vibration plate, and then squeezed the mixed materials into one piece.

After the panel forming, it will give the reamers reacting force which pushes the panel machine to move forward.

Due to the continuous extrusion of materials by the reamers and the vibration of vibration plate, the machine can finally produce panels in succession.
