It adopted the sealed pyrolysis process and has the features of making waste
plastic and rubber into treasures without secondary pollution. Putting raw
materials into rotating cracking vessel, then closing the feeding door(according
to the production capacity to put materials and the operation regulations to
operate), So you can get oil successfully.
During the production process, the exhaust gas from the reactor will be sent
to the combustion chamber, so there is no waste gas into the air, and the dust
can be removed by removal dust system. ( according to the customers’ condition,
there are more than two smoke desulphurization methods can be chosen).
We have got the patent in our country for this series equipment, and also
cooperated with Lekai Baoding Chemical Designing Institute which has high
chemical and petrochemical qualification to design the equipment. This type
equipment has the advanced residue discharging system which can take out the
residue automatically, special horizontal rotating cracking vessel, and advanced
