E-300 Multi-funtion Elastic Acrylic Waterproof Roofing Coating

E-300 is one component water-based environment friendly polymer coating which is made up of acrylic ester and many polymer emulsions.

Two types are available according to its performance.

Key feature

Free of pollution, non-toxic, environment friendly.Ready to use, it is suitable for engineering and home waterproofing.Good adhesion, it can be applied on wet or dry substrate.Good water resistance and tensile property, high elasticity and low temperature flexibility.Environment friendly: The Technical Requirement for Environmental Labeling Products, (HJ/T201-2005) Main points for application

Substrate requirement: the substrate shall be solid, smooth, no water and no grease.

Multi-layer application: apply evenly on the substrate by roller or scraper to cover the substrate completely and level the coating. Irregular part can be applied with small brush. Apply the second layer with vertical direction after the first one becomes dry.

Surface application: apply one layer again with coating diluted with water so as to improve the effect of smooth.

Facade coating: sprinkle some sands which grain diameter is about 2 mm on the surface before the last coating is dry, so as to strengthen the bonding force between the coating and the protective layer.

Protective layer: apply the protective layer according to designed requirement after passing the acceptance inspection.
