Pre production: our inspectors will check all the raw materials and evaluate operation procedures before production begins to assure conformance to client’s specifications and production schedule.

In line production inspection: our inspectors check production progress and product quality when 10 to 15 percent of the client’s products are finished, checking against specifications, evaluating the quality and production status, and forecasting the timeliness of delivery.

Pre shipment inspection: our most requested inspection, checking products against purchase order and specifications, inspecting function, quantity, appearance, safety, packaging, and shipping mark to make sure the client's products are ready to go when manufacture is complete.
