How to work with you?

It is easy. The 1st step is get in contact and tell us your detailed request.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Usually at least one 20’ container for one type of product, i.e. one container for only tile or one container for only sanitary ware. For project order, we can accept one container mixed with different products, I.E. tile/sanitary ware/window/door in one container, however there will be extra cost depending on the complexity of the order, and we will inform you the cost in advance.

How long is your delivery time?

Depending on different product, generally:

Tile: 15~35 days;Sanitary ware: 40 days;Windows: 40 days;Doors: 40 days;Items in stock: 7 days

What is your payment condition?

T/T 30% as deposit, and the balance paid before loadingIrrevocable L/C at sight (for order >$50,000)Western Union for small amount

Can I get a free sample?

Your sample request is always welcome. However, some samples are free and some are not depending on the value, in most cases we will refund you the sample cost once you place the order. As a general practice, the freight for sending the samples will be on your account, either you can provide us your express account for freight collect or we prepay with our account and you send us the freight by Western Union.

Can I bargain the price?

If your purchase quantity is large and on a regular basis. We can consider a certain discount. Our pricing policy is equal to all customers.
