Jumbo cylinder is developed for the transportation of CNG(Compressed Natural Gas), a kind of alternative fuels to gasoline. Cylinder as CNG storage equipment is the key component of the CNG power.

CNG conversion:

CNG(compressed natural gas) as an alternative fuel is widely accepted these days due to its features of friendly to environment and low cost. Accordingly, the popularity of natural gas based vehicles is increasing, more and more vehicles that powered by diesel, gasoline etc are converted to natural gas.

Usually conversion kits include: valves, regulators, sensors, injector nozzles, venting hoses, fuel selector switch, filter, pipes, etc. CNG cylinder is also an essential equipments in CNG conversion, usually installed in the rear part of cars which is the safest part.

CNG cylinder is high pressure vessle (200bar) installed on cars that powered by natural gas and served as special spare parts, so safety issue is what we pay special attention. All of our cylinders are manufactured in compliance with ISO11439, ISO9809, ISO11120 and inspected all through the production. We have BV certificate for nearly all of our specification, and original BV certificate and report will be provided for all of our trailers.
