1.Air conveyor

The pneumatic conveying road stands on the floor by the tripod. The draught fans are installed

above the pneumatic conveying road . And there is a air filter at the air intake of every draught

fans to protect the bottles from dust. The bottles necks are stucked by the bottles hanging board on

the pneumatic conveying road. Then the bottles are transported to blunt bottle machine by wind.

Main features:

(1) All are made of high quality stainless steel but the stabilizer blade, bottle hanging board, which

are made of plastic and nylon.

(2) At the air intake of draught fans outside the clean room , there are initiatory air filter to protect

the bottles from dust.

(3) There are several sets of optoelectronic switches on the whole pneumatic conveying road. The

optoelectronic switches at the cross of the road control

(4) The wind direction. The other switches control the actions of the automatically fall device and to

keep it running smoothly.

(5) There are pneumatic bottles stopping machines together with optoelectronic switches control

the pneumatic conveying road.

Way of stuck bottles: accumulating bottles. When the optoelectronic switches find the number

of bottles reach a specific amount, the bottles stucking device open, and the close after these

bottles go away.

Speed of wind transportation and efficiency: speed:14000b,efficiency≥95%

Draught fans filter screen and grade: draught fans adopt one layer screen. Outer sphere is

cotton screen, while inlayer is stainless steel screen. The inlayer screen is active type which

can be changed independently.

Pneumatic conveying road material: 304 stainless steel; double legs.

Covers go into the sorting cover device through the cover transport device. After this, the

covers go into the cover sterilizer to be sterilized. There are two photoelectric detection

switches between sorting cover device, sterilizer and the main engine. It controls the working

condition of sorting cover device.

Automatic Capping Machine

(1) Working principles:

Cap arranging device has detection switch, when the caps quantity is too little, this switch

will outgo signal, start the capping machine to send cap.

Cap storage keep some quantity of caps, vibrating plate will shake off the lid into the duct

under the function of vibration motor. Under wind function of fan, the machine can send the

caps to cap arranging machine through the duct.

We can change cover fall mouth size through flashboard to adjust cover fall speed.
